The NAT is currently collaborating with The Food Innovation Centre at the University of Nottingham, university professors, PHD students, research assistants, Registered Associate Nutritionists (ANutr), Registered Nutritionists (RNutr), qualified teachers, governors, school food providers, and pupils to further enhance the educational resources being prepared.
